Thanks so much to everyone who participated in the practice survey earlier this year. We were so appreciative of the wonderful comments about the practice and the great suggestions.

Based on the feedback, we will be taking the following actions.
Reviewing our appointment system– Running on time has always been one of the greatest challenges of general practice as consultations are so unpredictable. We will, however, review our system, particularly for telehealth, so we don’t have people expecting a call for hours. We choose not to use an online booking system at the moment and to offer a more personalised service which enables us to accommodate more patients based on their needs.
Increasing our hours– We are so happy that the practice is now open Fridays and Maria is available on Fridays.
Promoting the after-hours service– We use Sydney medical service co-op limited. Apologies that we had the name down incorrectly. We welcome feedback from patients using this service after hours.
It is so important to all of us at the practice that we provide the best possible service we can and we will always welcome suggestions to improve the care we give.
